Our Regenerate and Reconnect retreat offers practical resources, advice and support to help you avoid or recover from chronic stress and burnout, and nourish you in your daily life and work.

Sustained levels of pressure and stress have been shown to cause exhaustion, insomnia, anxiety and depression – which can have a debilitating effect on both your mind and your body. That’s where we can help.

Available at our three luxury Xintara locations, the Regenerate and Reconnect retreat uses the latest techniques, thinking and strategies to help you break-out of your current state. It will help boost your resilience and support your life’s balance, so you can understand, manage and ultimately overcome your stress and improve your mental and physical wellbeing.

Our retreats provide a complete change of pace, routine and environment. They are specifically designed to give you the necessary time and space to truly relax and re-focus on your own health.

The support continues when you return home, with up to five follow-on 121 coaching sessions to help you fully embed your learnings into your life.

What does it involve?

The Regenerate and Reconnect retreat is structured around morning and afternoon workshops and activities on a carefully curated range of wellness topics.

 

Morning workshops include:

  • Building a wellbeing toolkit: Getting the balance right in your life across all the different aspects of wellbeing. What are the pillars of positive wellbeing?
  • Identify your warning signs: Recognise what your stressors and triggers are and understand what you can do to reduce the stress.
  • Create your daily plan: Turn yourself into your priority business project. What are your objectives, strategies and daily activities to get you back on the pathway to success?
  • 121 coaching and motivational maps: Understand what motivates you in your life and work with a trained coach. Learn how to embed this in your life to create a strong work/life balance.
  • Post burn out: Learn how to retake control in a measured way and understand who can help you move forward.

 

Afternoon workshops will focus on physical wellbeing to reconnect your body with your mind. These will include:

  • Physical wellbeing activities: Choices include yoga, surfing, body boarding, paragliding, or simply going for a walk.
  • Mental wellbeing and relaxation: This includes Yoga Nidra meditation classes, as well as a range of massages, such as Swedish and Thai Yoga massage, and tips for improving sleep.
  • Team activities: These include coastal hiking, joint cooking sessions, and painting workshops.
