Mark has 15 years experience in managing business acceleration support to over 200 cleantech SMEs and start-ups.  This includes managing his company Eigen Ventures as a delivery Partner to Carbon Trust for the UKRI Energy Catalyst Accelerator, designing the support model for the ES Catapult Energy Launchpad and managing the pilot 2018-19 (with 350IP), design, set-up and co-managing the BEIS/DECC Energy Entrepreneurs Fund (EEF) Incubation Programme from 2012-2016.  Previous to this, he was CEO of a Surrey University spin-out in fibre-optic sensing taking it from lab R&D to early demonstrator and sale of the business to a VC backed acquirer.
