Our Entrepreneur Time Out retreats are specifically designed to help you address these pressures and create a space to step back, recharge and reflect on your priorities and your objectives.
In a comfortable, private and friendly environment at one of our luxury retreat locations in the UK or across Europe, we focus on supporting critical parts of your journey as an entrepreneur. You’ll benefit from proven wellbeing tools, improved self-awareness and expert support to help you reconnect with your sense of self and reflect on your business goals. You’ll also work on building your leadership skills, enhancing your proposition and managing your team, with plenty of time for rest, relaxation, and socialising with fellow entrepreneurs.
The support continues when you return home, with up to five follow-on 121 coaching sessions to help you fully embed your learnings into your business and your life.
What does it involve?
As an entrepreneur, you need to manage multiple activities and challenges simultaneously, while motivating and incentivising a team to help deliver your vision. This can create periods of intense mental and physical stress, which in turn can affect wellbeing, motivation and performance at both an individual and team level.
The Entrepreneur Time Out retreat will deliver morning workshops around key business activities that include:
- Reinforcing your ‘North Star’: Reviewing and building the vision, mission and values of your business and how to embed it in an effective strategy.
- Defining your story: Updating your story-telling narrative and communicating it your team, customers, and partners.
- Investment readiness: Positioning and preparing for your next investment round with existing and new investors.
Afternoon workshops will focus on mental and physical wellbeing for entrepreneurs. These will include:
- Building a wellbeing toolkit: Getting the balance right in your life across all the different aspects of wellbeing. What are the pillars of positive wellbeing?
- Physical wellbeing activities: Choices include yoga, surfing, body boarding, paragliding, or simply going for a walk.
- Mental wellbeing and relaxation: This includes Yoga Nidra meditation classes, as well as a range of massages, such as Swedish and Thai Yoga massage, and tips for improving sleep.
- Team activities: These include coastal hiking, joint cooking sessions, and creativity workshops
